FRONT DESK AGENT
JOB PURPOSE. To book both hotels to their maximum potential at the highest average rate during a given season. To provide all Niagara Clifton guests with a pleasant, comfortable visit by ensuring they have all pertinent information pertaining to the hotels, attractions, food and beverage outlets and all the area has to offer. All customers are to be provided with exceptional customer service in accordance with Niagara Clifton Group policies. Deal with guests and other staff members in a non-offensive, team oriented manner.
JOB PURPOSE. To provide Travelodge At the Falls and Thriftlodge At the Falls with the best possible service. Clean guest rooms as assigned ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest's requests and complaints. Ensure the confideality and security of all guest rooms.
JOB PURPOSE. Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles informtion for the hotel's financial records. Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office opersting statistics. Post room charges and room taxes to guest accounts. Is able to function as a front desk agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures. Run End of day process on the Property Management Software.
JOB PURPOSE. Clean and maintain common areas within the hotel. Shovel snow in walkways and emergency exits. Assist with bellman duties. ensure Housemen Roomis kept clean, tidy and organized at all times. Assist housekeeping staff with laundry removal and unit cleaning. Assist guests with general questions and enquiries.
JOB PURPOSE. Provide parking instructions/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive. Open or close the lot according to reservations. Provide guests with directions and other information. Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner.
